Question 1

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

Each generation spends credits depending on the model: a photo ≈ 8 credits and a short video ≈ 72 credits (videos are charged per second, so longer or higher-resolution ones cost more). Your plan gives you a pool of credits each month (Starter = 900) and you can top up extra whenever you want.

Question 2

Does the subscription renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it renews every month (or every year if you choose annual) and you can cancel in one click from your profile. No commitment.

Question 3

What is Publish and which plan unlocks it?

Accepted Answer

Publish connects your socials and posts or schedules your content automatically. It's available from the Pro plan.

Question 4

How many influencers can I create?

Accepted Answer

Starter: 1. Pro: 2. Max: unlimited. Each influencer keeps her face and style across all your generations.

Question 5

Can I buy extra credits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On any plan you can top up credits instantly without changing your subscription.

Question 6

Can I change plans whenever I want?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When you upgrade, the change is immediate: you pay for the new plan, its credits land in your account right away and we cancel your previous subscription so you're never charged twice.

Question 7

Can I schedule content?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from the Pro plan. Schedule your photos and videos to post themselves at the best time.
