Your Month 1 playbook: create and train your first AI model, set up Instagram, TikTok and Threads, post daily reels and warm up your first 100 fans.

The Month 1 mission: build the machine

Month 1 is not about money — it's about building the machine that makes money later. Your only goals are three: a consistent AI model that looks real, a set of traffic accounts that post every day, and your first ~100 real followers who actually engage. Nail those and Month 2 (monetization) becomes easy. Skip them and no funnel in the world will save you.

Your Month 1 deliverable: one consistent, believable AI model you can post every single day.

Tip: Pick ONE niche and ONE look before you generate anything. 'Fitness girl in Miami' or 'cosy gamer' converts far better than a generic model with no story. A clear character is what makes strangers follow.

Create and train your AI model

In My Influencers you have two paths: clone from a photo (a face you have the rights to) or build from scratch in the builder. Either way, the point is consistency — the same face and body in every single post. That believability is the entire product.

Open My Influencers and choose Clone from Photo or Build from Scratch.
If you clone, upload a clean, well-lit front-facing photo — this FIRST upload becomes the permanent identity reference, so choose it carefully.
Generate a first batch of photos in Create > Photos to confirm the face holds across poses and lighting.
Save 10–15 strong reference shots — headshots, full body, different outfits — as your model's starter kit.

Tip: Never delete that original identity photo. You can delete a whole influencer and rebuild, but if the base photo disappears, consistency breaks. Treat it as your master key.

Set up your traffic sources: Instagram, TikTok, Threads

Your free social accounts are the top of the funnel — their only job is to send strangers toward your paid channel later. Open all three: Instagram for reach and DMs, TikTok for viral discovery, Threads for cheap early reach and comments. Keep the same handle, photo and bio everywhere so you're recognisable.

Handle: pick a human-sounding name (a first name works best), consistent across all three platforms.
Bio: one line of personality + a soft hint of where the 'more' lives, without naming platforms in the words.
Warm each account for a few days before pushing hard: like, comment and browse like a normal person so you don't look like a bot.
Post native to each app — vertical 9:16, no watermarks from other platforms — so the algorithm favours you.

Post daily: your reel machine

Consistency beats perfection in Month 1. Aim for at least one reel per platform per day — that's how you feed the algorithm enough signal to find your audience. The fastest way to hit that volume is Recreate: take a viral reel that already performed, rebuild it with your model, and you skip the guesswork on hooks and pacing.

Batch on one day: recreate 7–10 reels in a single session using trending references.
Vary the hook and caption for each platform, even with the same clip.
Schedule them across the week from Publish so every account posts daily without you touching it.

Warm up your audience on Telegram

A free Telegram channel is your bridge between social reach and future revenue. It's a low-friction next step you can drop in bios and DMs: people who follow you there are far warmer than random followers, and you own the audience instead of renting it from an algorithm.

Post a mix: teaser photos, behind-the-scenes and a personal voice so it feels like a real person.
Use it to collect and reply to DMs — this is where relationships (and later sales) start.
Drop soft hints that the exclusive content lives on your paid channel — you'll open that in Month 2.

Tip: End Month 1 with a working machine, not a bank balance: a consistent model, three daily-posting accounts, and a small warm audience. If you have that, you're perfectly on track for the $1,000 goal in Month 2.
